We want you to love your Moosi & Doodles items! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how returns work:

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/packaging.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• No restocking fees will be charged.

Exclusions

• We do not accept returns on final sale items.

• Personalized or custom items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
